Explaining the Scale: Most review sites that use a 1-10 or 1-100 scale don't actually use the whole range I (Kurt) feel like that's bull shit and scores shouldn't start at 6 so I've developed my own scale that uses the whole range. A 5 would be considered an average movie with some stuff that didn't work and other things that didn't. A 10 would be a perfect movie ,I have yet to see such a film, and conversely a 0 or 1 would be a movie with nearly no redeeming values what so ever (think Manos: the hands of fate). The decimal following the number represents how close i felt the movie was to the next level. while these ratings are opinions and thus inherently subjective i try to be as objective as possible with my ratings and have scored movies that i love fairly and at times harshly
